Sunan an-Nasā'ī 4976✓ 5Da'if
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ لَيْسَ عَلَى خَائِنٍ قَطْعٌ . قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَشْعَثُ بْنُ سَوَّارٍ ضَعِيفٌ .
It was narrated that Jabir said:"The hand of the traitor is not to be cut off." Abu 'Abdur-Rahman (An-Nasai) said: Ashath bin Sawwar (one of its narrators) is weak
